Policy and Agreement


Deposits made to Julie's Party Rental serve as a contractual agreement between the client and Julie's Party Rental. By submitting a deposit, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all policies and terms outlined below and on their virtual invoice.


Without exception, for the rent of any article the following are required:
Current California Driver License with the address at which the rented items will be used.

All orders MUST be paid in full, before or upon delivery. Julie’s Party Rental does their best to deliver 1-3 days prior to events, we do our best to accommodate our clients delivery times. 

All items MUST be returned on the agreed date, if they are not returned, rent will be charged for each extra day.

In the event that a pick up order is not returned to Julie's Party Rental and we have to pick them up, THE SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE RETURNED

The customer is responsible for paying for damage done to the equipment.

Any cancellation made will result in a 30% loss of payments made prior to event day.

This is a contract for renting only. The renter agrees that they have rented the items described above with the condition that it remains the property of JULIE'S PARTY RENTAL. They have examined the items, found them to be in good condition, and will return them in as good condition, ordinary use is accepted; they will return it at once to JULIE'S PARTY RENTAL. For any item not functioning property the renter will pay promptly all charges when due. Charges will accrue for this rental, including charges for any damage to the items. In the event the renter fails to return the items on time or does not comply with the terms of this contract, Julie's Party Rental reserves the right to repossess the items without prior notice. Julie's Party Rental shall be released from all claims resulting from such repossession.
All charges are based on the time the items are in the renter's possession, whether they are used or not.
The renter is fully responsible for any damage to the equipment from the time of delivery until it is collected

JULIE'S PARTY RENTAL is not responsible for accidents or injuries caused directly or indirectly by the use of the rented items.

• GENERAL RULES FOR JUMPERS AND BULL RIDE RING: Always maintain the same age group (always separate children under 3 years of age). The maximum number of persons of each group that should play on a unit is: 5 years & under/10 (ten) ppl, 5-8 years/8(eight) ppl, 9-11/6(six) ppl. All persons MUST remove shoes, eye glasses, and any & all sharp objects (pens, pencils, hair clips, etc.).
Absolutely no toys, candy and drinks on the jumpers or bull ride ring. No flipping, no tackling, no hanging on the net and walls and no kicking.
PLAYING OR JUMPING IN THE BULL RIDE RING IS NOT ALLOWED.

Dance floors are strictly for dancing and are not to be used as general flooring for other purposes.

Dance floors must be placed on a completely level surface to ensure safety and proper setup.

If the dance floor is to be placed on dirt, the area must be fully leveled prior to delivery.

For setups on grass, please ensure any sprinklers or protrusions are removed or fully lowered before installation.



Please have area clearance for drivers to enter and exit the premises without any fragile property in the way. Julie's Party Rental is not responsible for any damages to cars, damaged patios, patio furniture, lamps, or any property damages on premises.
